Each product is made with great care, but we are aware that errors can sometimes occur. Therefore, we offer our simple and transparent exchange policy.

EXCHANGE

By default: If you receive a defective product, please send us a photo of the defect within 7 days. We will get in touch with you with the return postal code and a new product will be sent to you. If the size or model is no longer available, we will issue a credit to your account after receipt and verification of the item. It's important to remember that only unwashed, unused, odor-free items that have not been altered by the customer (adjustments, for example) and are intact will be accepted.

Deadline: If you want to exchange one or more products and generate an exchange voucher, to be used exclusively on the dgfits website, you must make a request within 7 days, counting from the date of receipt of the order, which can be verified on the Post Office website with the tracking code.
